Delta does wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and even cats, making her a great fit for many types of homes. Like most German Shepherds, she is intelligent, loyal, and thrives in a home where she can build a strong bond with her family.
She would do best with a loving family that enjoys including their dog in daily life. A secure fenced yard would be ideal so she has space to safely play and explore.

Delta is part of our Owner Assisted Rehoming Program. This program helps families safely rehome their dogs before they enter the shelter system.
Dogs remain with their current families until the adoption process is completed. Our organization assists with screening adopters and ensuring safe placements.
Our goal is always to help dogs transition into stable, loving homes.
Adoption Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be 21 years or older
• Provide proof of residence
• Provide landlord approval if renting
• Have a secure fenced yard
• Provide a veterinary reference
• Agree to an adoption screening process
